Overpriced food and drinks especially soft drinks.
Meals to specialised
Seems to think that everything needs to be super fancy or have to many unique ingredients.
Used to be a great place to eat and drink, was well priced and had a huge selection of meals to choose from.
Also seems to think that it can be expensive on the menu and then put minimal effort into the tables and cutlery and napkins.
Doesn't remember that people not only pay for a good meal but they also pay to have a good experience and treatment.
